Product Overview


Our Polarization Maintaining Fused Biconical Taper (PM FBT) WDMs are bidirectional fiber optic components engineered to multiplex and demultiplex two distinct visible laser wavelengths while fully preserving polarization state across both fiber axes. Manufactured via precision fused tapering technology, these devices deliver stable optical performance for visible fiber laser systems, biophotonics microscopy, fiber amplifiers and optical test instrumentation.

This series supports six standard wavelength combinations: 488/532, 488/633, 532/633, 532/780, 633/780, and 633/840 nm. Each model is pre-matched with dedicated PM panda fiber (PM460-HP or PM630-HP) to guarantee high polarization extinction ratio. Both polarization axes remain fully functional during operation; no axis will be blocked under normal working conditions.

Devices are offered bare fiber or terminated with Ø900 µm loose tube packaging, with optional FC/APC, FC/UPC, SC/APC or SC/UPC connectors. All units undergo 100% optical testing before shipment to ensure consistent loss, isolation and polarization performance.
